The library is small on purpose: 381 models that cover a house, all CC0, so nothing you render needs a licence conversation. Garden leads with 135 pieces, then kitchen 66, decor 42, storage 42, bathroom 21, seating 19, lighting 18, bedroom 17, furniture 16, exterior 5. Every model is Draco-compressed with baked vertex ambient occlusion, batched into instanced draws, and capped at 1024² textures — that is why fifty objects in a room still hold 60 FPS.

The legality check runs first, so nothing lands inside a wall or on top of the sofa.
Move, rotate, remove — every change one undoable step.
Hand the room to AI Studio and place from the same 381-model library by prompt.
Model library is one of fifteen feature pages covering what ships in Builder today — every claim here maps to a shipped, verified feature. The list below is the concrete surface:
Yes. The 381 models are CC0 — public domain. Client presentations, marketing images for a listing, school work: no attribution and no licensing paperwork, which is the whole point of the catalogue being CC0.
Placement legality is checked geometrically. It will not stand inside a wall, overlap another object, or float beyond the ceiling and floor limits — rugs and tucked chairs are the exempt cases. Move it somewhere legal and it lands.
The performance gate is measured on a stress design with 50 placed objects: 60 FPS, under 300 draw calls, under 250 MB of JS heap. Draco compression, baked AO and instancing are how the library stays cheap to draw.

No install, no plugin — a house builds itself the moment the page opens.
