Work anywhere

Plot visit on a phone.Everywhere else too.

Builder is a browser tab, so the design follows you. Orbit the real house on the real plot from the site on your phone. Walk the client through the plan on your laptop. Play the day's sun from the balcony of the flat you're designing. Co-edit from any device — same design, same state, same sun.

Real minutes, real work

The house fits in the moment you have.

A design session used to need a desk, an install and an afternoon. Builder compresses the loop so hard that a site visit becomes a design review. Three moments from a normal week:

5 minutes · on the plot
Stand where the terrace will be

Open the design on your phone and orbit the real house on the real plot. Switch to Light, drag the hour to 17:00 and watch the shadow the neighbour's roof casts over your seating. Send the link before you leave the gate.

40 minutes · client meeting
The laptop, the plan, the client

Open the same design on the laptop. Walk the client through the house in first person, then hand them an editor share scoped to the inside — they move furniture while you watch. Voice runs in the room, browser to browser.

12 minutes · from the balcony
A sun study between meetings

Pick the plot's place, set the date to 21 June and play the day in 45 seconds. The shadows are the ones the building would really cast on that plot, that day. Co-edit the terrace with your partner from wherever you're sitting.

What "in the browser" actually buys you.

0 installs

No application, no plugins, no graphics workstation. Three.js on WebGL2 in a tab — the tab is the whole toolchain.

1 link

Designs live server-side and travel as links. Open the same design on the laptop, the tablet, the phone — same state, same sun, same everything.

0 lost edits

Autosave to localStorage while you draw, server-side storage behind your account. Close the tab on the plot; resume at home where you left off.

  • Autosave keeps the design safe every step of the way
  • Viewer and editor shares open on any device with a browser
  • Co-editing rooms carry presence — you see who's orbiting and what they touch
  • WebRTC voice, up to 8 people, no audio server in the middle
  • The real sun, the real plot — from the balcony or from the boardroom

On the plot, phone out

Stand on the plot. Orbit your house.

Open the design where the house will stand. The terrain, the surrounding meadow, the 17:00 shadow — all real, all in the tab. You don't imagine the plot; you stand on it.

What fits in five minutes.

Everything below is genuinely a ≤5-minute task in Builder, on a phone, on site wifi:

  • Orbit the design and frame the elevation with F
  • Drag the hour to 18:00 and watch the shadow cross the terrace
  • Swap the clinker brick for standing-seam metal and look again
  • Drop three trees along the north border of the plot
  • Send a viewer link to the builder, straight from the site
  • Answer the architect in the room thread — with your voice
  • Place a sofa, check the ceiling limit, undo it
  • Save the variant as its own design before you leave the plot

"The workstation used to be the place where the design lived. Builder made the browser the studio — the studio became just another screen."
