Most tools ship empty and sell you a marketplace. Builder ships full. The materials are generated procedurally from height fields — real normals and cavity occlusion, not tiled photos — and the model library is CC0: yours to use in any design, for any client, with nothing to attribute and nothing to pay.

Built from height fields
Each material is generated from a height field with real normals and cavity occlusion — clinker brick recesses its joints, riven flagstone actually ripples.

AO baked into the models
Every one of the 381 CC0 models carries baked vertex ambient occlusion — furniture lands looking like furniture, not floating plastic.
Light on the scene
Textures ≤1024², Draco compression, InstancedMesh batching. A garden with 4,386 plants still passes the 60 FPS gate.
