140 houses · 381 models · 64 finishes
A catalogue that starts the house.
Open Builder and a house builds itself — a different one each visit, drawn from 140 original designs that cover the Polish-market typology. Furnish it from 381 CC0 models, skin it in 64 procedural finishes. Nothing is a locked template: place a house and every wall, opening and swatch in it stays editable.
Houses
140 original designs — place one, keep editing.
The Houses panel holds 140 original designs built around how Poland actually builds: single storey, attic or two storey; gable, hip, flat or shed roof; none, one or two garage bays. The app opens on a different house each visit — and placing one replaces the whole design without freezing it.
Polish-market typology
Parter, poddasie or two full storeys — the catalogue speaks the same language as a Polish developer's offer sheet.
Every roof in the engine
Gable, hip, flat and shed — the same auto-fitted roofs you would draw yourself, at 40° or wherever the plan puts them.
Garage bays: 0, 1, 2
From a carport-free single storey to a double-bay two storey with a sectional door cut into the wall.
Editable, end to end
Placing a house replaces the design and everything stays editable — move its walls, cut its windows, re-skin its roof.
381 CC0 models, sorted by room and by job.
Furniture, fittings and greenery — every model in the library is a CC0, Draco-compressed GLB with baked vertex ambient occlusion, InstancedMesh batching and textures capped at 1024².
Garden — 135
Trees, shrubs, planters, furniture for the plot. The biggest category, because the garden is half the decision.
Kitchen — 66 · Decor — 42 · Storage — 42
Units, fronts and shelves enough to lay out a real Polish kitchen; decor and storage to finish the rooms.
Bathroom — 21 · Seating — 19 · Lighting — 18 · Bedroom — 17 · Furniture — 16 · Exterior — 5
Sanitaryware, sofas, lamps, beds and the shell of a usable interior — plus five exterior pieces for the elevation.
Placement that checks itself
Legality is checked geometrically: nothing stands inside walls, nothing overlaps, ceilings and floors hold — rugs and tucked chairs exempt.
Materials
64 finishes, generated — not photographed.
Every swatch is a procedural PBR material built from height fields — real normals and cavity occlusion, not a flat photo. Clinker brick reads as clinker brick because the height field says so, at any scale, on any wall.
Walls & roofs
Clinker brick, standing-seam metal, clay tiles, planks, plaster, concrete, siding, shingles.
Paving sets
Block stretcher, herringbone, basketweave, brick pavers, granite setts, sawn slabs, riven flagstone, large porcelain, grass pavers, cobbles, crazy paving, stepping stones.
Ground & decks
Resin gravel, hoggin, slate chip, bark, decking (+ composite), tarmac — the finishes a Polish plot actually gets.
64 swatches total
Apply them to walls, roofs, drives and decks; the 3D LUT film grade and light theme never shift what the material itself looks like.
Licensing that stays out of the way.
A catalogue is only useful if you can ship what you make with it.
- All 381 models are CC0 — no attribution, no licence paperwork, commercial use included
- All 140 house designs are original — designed for Builder, not scanned from named studios' catalogues
- 64 finishes are generated in code — nothing photographed, nothing licensed
- Every library model carries baked vertex ambient occlusion — they look lit even in flat light
- Draco-compressed GLBs with InstancedMesh batching — the catalogue streams, it doesn't stall
- Everything saved stays editable: export as
