No — and the page says so everywhere it matters. These are launch placeholders pending the final pricing decision. What is final is the split of capabilities: each tier's list maps to shipped features you can verify in the designer right now. Free is already free.
No. Free is a real tier: open any of the 140 ready house designs, orbit the site, walk it first-person, play the sun across the plot, keep 1 saved design under your account, and share view links. It is limited in what it saves and edits, not in what it shows you.
Editing. In Builder, editing is one capability that ships OFF when a design opens from a link — Pro is the tier where you arm it: full editing of walls, openings, roofs, storeys, terrain, garden and roads, AI Studio, cinematic renders, unlimited saved designs, *.webhome.json import/export and ?design= links.
Live rooms: share a link and edit the same design together, with an automatic turn wheel so changes never collide. Viewer and editor roles — a viewer writes nothing, and the server enforces it. Editor shares carry permission areas (the outside, the inside, the garden, colours & finishes, light & weather). Presence shows up to 21 people with names over their heads, and the WebRTC voice mesh connects up to 8, browser-to-browser.
Builder signs you in through your castomo account — OAuth authorization code with PKCE, and silent re-auth in a hidden iframe, so a session elsewhere in the estate means no re-login. Enterprise and custom deployments extend that same account estate to organisations.
Designs are stored server-side under your account, autosave keeps a local copy, and Save/Open exchanges *.webhome.json files — an open format. A design you can open is a design you can keep.
Viewers don't. A share link opens the design in their browser — the design looks the same to everybody, editing stays off, and the viewer role writes nothing. Editors sign in through the castomo estate.
